I have tried way too many fiber products to count: Metamucil, Benefiber, Citrucel, and prescription “drugs”  from my doctor. Even though I eat a diet rich in fiber and meet my “suggested” daily fiber needs, I still have digestive issues. I won’t get into the details, but I’m sure you’ve experienced some of these issues too! As a result, fiber is something that I’ve been taking regularly (no pun intended) for years.

Out of all of the products I’ve tried, most didn’t help whole lot and ended up costing me a pretty penny. Once I got into health and nutrition, though, I started searching for natural ways to help with digestive issues. After a few attempts, I discovered Garden Of Life Raw Organic Fiber, and it’s become an everyday staple for me.

Compared to other fiber products I’ve used, Garden Of Life Raw Fiber is definitely one of my favorites. Not only does it mix well in smoothies/shakes, oatmeal, and yogurts, but I enjoy the nutty and grainy taste. It does add some thickness to whatever you choose mix it with, but adding just a little bit more liquid takes care of that.

Another bonus… most fiber supplements that I’ve used have left me feeling nauseous and gave me a stomach ache that would last for hours. Garden Of Life Raw Fiber doesn’t do that for me (woo-hoo!)

If you’re one of the many people who have digestive problems I would highly recommend this product. Even if you don’t have digestive issues, you’re probably not getting enough fiber, and it’s a great option for you as well. The only downside for some people may be the thick, grainy texture. You can mix it in with other products or dillute it down, but unfortunately, if you’re looking for the highest quality, all-natural fiber source, this is probably something you’ll need to to deal with…
